THE MAGNETIC PROPERTIES LITHIUM-SUBSTITUTED FERROSHPINEL SYNTHESIS IN THE ELECTRON BEAM

We have studied the magnetic properties (the saturation magnetization and anisotropy field) ferrites systems Li0,5(1-x)Fe2,5-0,5xZnxO4 and Li0,5+0,5xFe2,5-1,5xTixO4 (x = 0,2; 0,4; 0,6), obtained by thermal and thermal radiation synthetic techniques from powdered mixtures of reactants suitable composition. Radiation-thermal synthesis was carried out by heating the sample with an electron beam with an energy of 2.4 MeV. Found that after the synthesis of radiation-thermal substituted lithium ferrite spinel take much higher values ​​of saturation magnetization than after thermal annealing. Radiation-thermal synthesis at a temperature of 750°C and the time 120 minutes without intermediate steps of grinding and mixing leads to the achievement of the magnetization and anisotropy field reference values ​​for both compounds in all the studied concentrations of alloying elements. This mode can be recommended for inclusion in the process of radiation-thermal synthesis of the lithiated ferrites.
